Are all artworks originals? 

Yes, all artworks are original, one of a kind and painted by me. I have only done a few prints in the past and unless otherwise stated all artworks on this site are originals on canvas, canvas board or watercolour paper. All materials used are of the highest, professional quality. 

 

Do you take commissions for artworks? 

Yes. Contact Me with some details about what you have in mind and I will get back to you to discuss the commission piece. 

 

Is it possible to split the payment payment for an artwork? I would love to buy one and pay by instalments. 

Yes, if there is a piece you would like to purchase over instalments we can arrange that for you. Use the Contact Me page to send the details of the artwork you want to order and whether you would like to pay in 2,4 or 6 monthly instalments. We will then invoice you by email each month until you have made your final instalment. After your final instalment we will dispatch your new artwork to you with UPS/DHL. 

 

Can I return or exchange an artwork?

If you have an issue with your purchase please use the Contact Me page to send me the details and I will work with you to try and make the issue right. 

I will accept returns within 30 days on a case by case basis, provided that the artwork/item is in its original condition and undamaged. The customer will be responsible for ensuring that the painting is returned in its original condition, properly packaged and returned via a secure, trackable service. 

There is no returns on digital gift cards in exchange for monetary value.

 

My artwork has been damaged in transit. What can I do?


In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit please contact me immediately by emailing rossecclesart@gmail.com and include pictures of the damage and any other relevant information so that we can help you sort out the issue. Please notify me of any damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. 

 

The colours on my artwork look a bit different in real life to how they appeared on my screen. Why is this?

Please note that colours of artwork can sometimes look different on different screens, depending on your colour and brightness settings. We strive to take photographs of artwork in natural light, and to display them without colour editing to give the best possible impression of the artwork in real life. 

 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on all orders of €500 or more. We can deliver Worldwide via UPS and DHL Express. You can see more details on shipping and costs HERE. 

 

Do you charge VAT/taxes on the artwork? 

At the moment there is no VAT applied to the sale of the artworks. If you are importing an artwork into a non-EU country, your local customs may charge Duty or Taxes on import. It will be the customer's responsibility to pay for any customs charges and to factor them as a potential addition to the cost of importing an artwork.

 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered? 

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days after order placement. Then it can take 3-5 working days for delivery within Ireland, 5-10 working days for delivery to the UK and EU, and up to 15 working days for delivery to North America and ROW. 

 

Do you provide framing?

Most artworks are sold unframed, unless otherwise stated. On occasion we can organise framing of a piece. If you would like to enquire about framing please use the Contact Me page and we can give you a quote for framing the piece. Otherwise all pieces are sold unframed to make shipping easier. 

 

Can I collect my piece instead of having it sent by UPS/DHL?

Not currently. At the moment all orders are being dispatched with UPS or DHL. 

 

Can I purchase a gift voucher? 

Yes, you can purchase a digital gift voucher HERE. Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the purchase date. Digital gift vouchers are delivered by email.
