About the Artwork
Ross decided to paint this drone viewpoint of Aberdyfi on canvas, after painting a pen & watercolour of the same subject matter (different viewpoint) a few months earlier. Ross says that his intention was to keep the painting "dreamlike" hence the Title!
Consequently, his underlying detailed drawing of elements of the subject matter is by intention, barely visible.
